"I don't currently have a buddy. Can you help pair me up with a buddy?"

We suggest that you join the Saigon Divers Club community, a group of divers based in and around HCMC and passionate about the ocean. The group is active both offline and online and you will likely meet divers with similar interests to yours.

"I want to learn UW photography but I don't have a camera yet."

That's not a problem. There are two approaches:

We can recommend camera types and equipment suitable to your photographic interest and budget, then teach you directly how to familiarise yourself with your own equipment. OR

You can train with our equipment (OMSystem TG Series) – (Sony mirrorless also available for rental) – to better understand what you are looking for and leave this course with the knowledge to invest in your own UW camera setup.

Read our articles on how to start your underwater photography journey and what to consider when gearing up.

We have a range of mirrorless UW camera options to rent. Send us a message for more details (contact details below).

"I just want to learn how to edit my pictures."

It is great that you have already mastered the diving skills, composition, and lighting techniques. While no amount of editing skills can turn a bad shot into a good one, perhaps you just need help turning a good picture into a great image!

The Post-Production course is designed to teach you how to enhance the shots you took underwater, imbuing your pictures with the atmosphere and style needed to tell the visual stories that matter to you.

During the course, bring your own photos and video clips which we will edit and cut together.

Expert course with Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve is also available as an option.

"Is this course available outside of HCMC?"

Bubbles & Lenses is a team of photography instructors based in HCMC with the following available diving destinations: Nha Trang, Phuket and Cebu. This training is designed to be the most practical; here's how our course works:
