General terms and conditions
1. Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the start date of the trip or course.
Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or other specified means. All payments must be completed within the stipulated timeframe.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start date will receive a refund minus the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date are non-refundable.
If a trip or course is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative dates will be offered.
3. Health and Safety
Participants must be in good health and fitness for diving activities. A medical questionnaire and liability waiver must be completed before participation.
It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they are medically fit to dive and to have appropriate insurance that covers diving activities.
All dive trips and courses adhere to recognized safety standards. Participants must follow the instructions of dive leaders and instructors at all times.
4. Liability and Insurance
We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the dive trip or course unless caused by our negligence.
Participants are responsible for obtaining their own travel and diving insurance that covers potential risks, including accidents, evacuation, and equipment loss or damage.
5. Itinerary and Schedule Changes
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary or schedule due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control.
In case of changes, we will inform participants as soon as possible and provide suitable alternatives if available.
6. Equipment and Gear
Participants are encouraged to bring their own dive gear. Rental equipment is available but must be booked in advance.
Participants are responsible for the care and return of any rented equipment in good condition. Damages or losses will be charged accordingly.
7. Photography and Media
Participants may be photographed or filmed during courses or trips. By participating, you consent to the use of such media for promotional purposes.
8. Environmental Responsibility
We are committed to sustainable and responsible diving practices. Participants must follow guidelines to protect marine life and ecosystems.
Littering, touching, or harassing marine life is strictly prohibited.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved under the laws of the country in which the services are provided.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to reach a mutual agreement.
10. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By booking a dive trip or underwater photography course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of participation without refund.
